UPND CONDEMNS UNRULY YOUTHS THAT INSULTED ECL

United Party for National Development UPND National Youth Chairman, Gilbert Liswaniso, has distanced the party from the alleged UPND youths that uttered insults to former President Edgar Lungu, as they marched by the Drug Enforcement commission DEC offices yesterday in Lusaka.

Yesterday, Some youths seen in UPND regalia marched by DEC offices uttering insults to the former head of state, as his wife Esther Lungu appeared for questioning at DEC offices.

But speaking to journalists in Lusaka today, Mr. Liswaniso challenged the party youth provincial leadership in Lusaka, to identify the youths for discipline, if indeed they belong to the party.

“The actions by the youths are against the moral ethics of the UPND and they will be punished accordingly,” said Mr. Liswaniso

He has issued a stern warning to all UPND youths that will break the law, saying that the ruling party is a respective and morally upright Political party.
