Patriotic Front (PF) Faction Leader, Miles Sampa, has dismissed claims that the party has endorsed the ruling United Party for National Development (UPND), ahead of the 2026 general elections.
Mr. Sampa has therefore advised all party members endorsing the UPND, to instead join the ruling party as opposed to misleading party members.
Mr. Sampa said this in Lusaka today when he featured on Christian Voices’ Chat back program on the topic, “State of the PF”.
“The PF is currently in deep consultations on how best it can resolve its internal wrangles,” said Mr. Sampa.
He has also criticised President Hakainde Hichilema and other UPND members that recognise Muchinga member of parliament , Robert Chabinga, as party president.
Mr. Sampa described such recognition as an act of contempt of court, emphasizing that the PF leadership dispute remains an active legal matter.
