BELIEVERS URGED TO UNITE IN PRAYER FOR RAIN

A Good Governance Advocate, Njoya Tembo, has called on believers and the church at large to join hands in prayer and ask God for the rains.

Zambia has experienced droughts in the past two years, threatening the country’s food security and power generation.

Speaking in an interview with RCV News in Lusaka today, Mr. Tembo, who is also a legendary gospel musician commonly known as Njoya T, said there is need for believers to reactivate their faith and pray to God in oneness.

“If believers pray together and activate their faith, the issue of food insecurities among other things effected by the drought will be handled by God,” said Mr. Tembo.

Mr. Tembo said there is need to continue trusting in God if Zambia is to experience the much needed social and economic development.
