The Battle Cry for Zambia Founder, Obrian Mayambu, has condemned the behavior of suspected United Party for National Development political carders towards former President Edgar Chagwa Lungu.
UPND Carders were shown on various social media platforms yesterday, taking to the streets and insulting the former President as his family members were called for questioning at the Drug Enforcement commission offices.
Reacting to the behavior of the suspected ruling party cadres, Dr. Mayambu said Mr. Lungu deserves to be respected as a former head of state.
“As Battle Cry for Zambia we also want to urge political parties to ensure that their carders are controlled for peace to prevail”, said Dr. Mayambu in a statement issued to RCV News in Lusaka today.
