Mr. Nkandu outlined ambitious plans aimed at enhancing Zambia’s youth, sport, and arts sectors with China’s support.
He has also called for capacity-building initiatives, including seminars and workshops, to improve technical support in sports and advocated for China’s assistance in constructing a National Arts Centre and rehabilitating existing cultural hubs such as the Lusaka Playhouse and Chingola Arts Society.
And Chinese Ambassador Han Jing has acknowledged the importance of the outlined initiatives and further assured the Minister of China’s readiness to collaborate with Zambia in these areas.
He has also expressed enthusiasm for working closely with the Ministry to realize these goals, noting China’s commitment to fostering development through strategic partnerships.
