Zambia’s Green Living Movement (GLM) Team Leader, Emmanuel Mutamba, has paid tribute to Oak Foundation for building capacity in Zambian Civil Society Organizations to respond to climate change.
Mr. Mutamba assured Oak Foundation that GLM will meet the deadlines for finalizing templates set by the Foundation to submit documents and reports.
He said this in Lusaka during a Capacity-building Needs Assessment Workshop supported by Oak Foundation and facilitated by Khomotayon Consulting Services.
He thanked Oak Foundation for helping GLM identify gaps and grow into a stronger organization.
Mr. Mutamba emphasized the importance of GLM’s ability to deliver services to communities to improve their welfare adding that it should grow further to have adequate resources to work effectively.
He stressed the need for GLM to develop a comprehensive and robust monitoring and evaluation framework.
Mr. Mutamba said a new monitoring and evaluation framework will ensure all projects adhere to one standard.
