MP’S URGED TO DIALOGUE ON NATIONAL ISSUES

Mozambican President, Filipe Nyusi, has urged Zambian Members of Parliament to always dialogue in trying to find solutions for people they represent.

The visiting President said this when he addressed the National Assembly in Lusaka today.

He said the Members of Parliament must not be afraid to make mistakes in their submissions, saying that they should always dialogue and find lasting solutions to their constituents.

“Lawmakers should be open to correction and be ready to adopt governance practices that work for the people,” said Mr. Nyusi.

Meanwhile, President Nyusi has reaffirmed his country’s support  to Zambia’s developmental agenda in mining, agriculture ,transport and logistics , energy, shared water courses, environment , and trade and among others.
