Fairworld Properties Limited Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, Chisebwe Fumbeshi, has urged investors to capitalize on anticipated Zambia’s economic rebound, to invest in real estate.
Mr. Fumbeshi’s statement is a reaction to the Ministry of Finance and National Planning predictions of a strong economic growth in 2025, fueled by effective policy frameworks and investments in important sectors.
He said in a statement issued to RCV News in Lusaka today that Zambia’s economic stability will drive up demand for housing and commercial spaces, hence the need for early investment to capitalize on the anticipated expanding demand in real estate.
“As Zambia’s economy grows, demand for commercial and residential buildings is likely to increase, delivering significant profits for intelligent investors,” said Mr. Fumbeshi.
He encouraged investors to explore what he called the promising opportunities in Zambia’s real estate market.
“We are on the verge of an economic revival in Zambia, which presents an excellent opportunity for real estate investors,” said Fumbeshi.
