Standard Chartered Bank Zambia has awarded its unionized employees a 15% salary increment across board.
The Bank has further awarded a 10% increment on housing allowance for all its employees.
Speaking during a press briefing in Lusaka today, Standard Charted Bank Chief Executive officer Sonny Zulu says this was after a 2 weeks Negotiations with the Zambia Union of Financial Institutions and Allied Workers ZUFIAW.
“The salary increment is testament of the banks commitment to ensure its workers are priority and serve their customers professionally” said Mr. Zulu.
He has also reminded the bank employees to continue offering a good service to customers and ensure growth of the bank.
