ZESCO Limited has assured residential customers nationwide of a minimum of three hours of electricity daily.
This is according to ZESCO’s updated national power rationing schedule that will run from 14th October 2024.
“Although ZESCO aims to adhere to the schedule, unexpected events may cause delays or early outages,” ZESCO Limited’s Corporate Affairs Department told RCV News in a statement today.
The Department also said in case of disruptions, the company will notify affected customers promptly through various channels including SMS and ZESCO Facebook page.
ZESCO has also urged customers experiencing outages longer than 24 hours to report them, as this could indicate a technical issue needing resolution.
