Western Province Minister, Kapelwa Mbangweta, has expressed confidence that the UPND government will lower the cost of living in its final two years.
Mr. Mbangweta said this when he featured on Christian Voice’s Chatback program on the topic, “Why has Western province lagged behind in National Development”.
Mr. Mbangweta has attributed the slow economic growth to the debt restructuring process that cost the UPND 3 years.
“Government is aware that Zambians are not economically thriving and this is top list of the UPND’s agenda in the last two years,” said Mr. Mbangweta.
He has however called on Zambians to remain patient as government deals with the household economy.
