Opposition Zambia United for Sustainable Development Party leader, Lazarous Chisela, has criticized the UPND’s first 3 years in government, saying that they have failed to meet the expectations of the Zambian people.
Mr. Chisela says the current economic hardships are contrary to what the UPND leadership promised while in opposition.
Speaking in an interview with RCV News in Lusaka today, Mr. Chisela said that after being in office for 3 years, there is no hope among the Zambians that the nation’s economic status will improve.
“There is too much talking in the current government as opposed to practically addressing the current economic hardships”, said Mr. Chisela.
He has therefore urged the UPND leadership to be in touch with the realities of the Zambian people.
