Independent Member of Parliament for Nyimba, Menyani Zulu, has urged his fellow lawmakers to meet the expectations of their constituents by ensuring that funds from the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) are fully utilized.
Speaking on Christian Voice’s Chatback program in Lusaka today, where he featured on the topic “National Matters,” Mr. Zulu expressed concern over the reluctance of some lawmakers to prioritize CDF projects.
“These funds are meant to improve the lives of the people served and they must be utilized,” said Mr. Zulu.
He further called on all Members of Parliament to take their responsibility seriously and ensure that CDF projects are implemented efficiently to foster development in their constituencies.
