President Hakainde Hichilema has called on government officials to support each other and work as a team for a common purpose of serving the people of Zambia.
The President said this during the swearing in ceremony of Minister of Justice Princess Kasune, at State House today.
Mr. Hichilema also said government will amend any law that stands in the way of service delivery.
“Laws are important but should not stall service delivery”, said Mr. Hichilema.
He has further congratulated the newly appointed Minister of Justice and urged her to execute her new role with the diligence it deserves.
On June 5, 2024, President Hichilema appointed Ms. Kasune as Minister of Justice after moving Mulambo Haimbe to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Corporation.
