HAMASAKA SADDENED WITH ECL’S FACEBOOK POST

State House Chief Communications Specialist, Clayson Hamasaka, has asked Former Head of State, Edgar Lungu, to stop inciting hooliganism against him and his family, saying people can harm him based on his falsehoods.

The Former  President posted on his Facebook earlier today, indicating that the Petauke Central Member of Parliament, Jay Banda’s abductors are walking freely and named Mr. Hamasaka as being among those who allegedly abducted Mr. Banda.

“Hon Banda’s life is at a high risk as we speak today because his political tormentors are so determined to crash and decimate it. But should Hon. Banda die, we shall place the entire blame on President Hichilema. His blood will be on President Hichilema’s hands,” read further Mr. Lungu’s Facebook post.

But Mr. Hamasaka responded in a statement issued in Lusaka today, saying he has personally lodged a complaint before law enforcement agencies on issues surrounding Mr. Banda because he has never met him in his life.

Mr. Hamasaka has challenged the Former President to ask Mr. Banda if he has ever met him before.

And Mr. Hamasaka said  it is unfair for Mr. Lungu to keep dragging President Hakainde Hichilema on many issues such as that of Petauke Central Member of Parliament Emmanuel Banda.

He said President Hichilema has nothing to do with issues under the law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.
