The Minister of Labor and Social Security, Brenda Tambatamba, has reaffirmed government’s commitment to fostering collaborations with private sector stakeholders to formalize enterprises and drive job creation.
Speaking at the National Kaizen Conference in Lusaka today, Ms. Tambatamba highlighted government’s dedication to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
She emphasized that strengthening partnerships and adopting efficiency-driven strategies would stimulate economic development and improve the livelihoods of all Zambians.
“The concept of Kaizen is particularly relevant in the wake of last year’s drought, which underscored the need for resilience and it serves as a vital tool in implementing government priorities, especially in enhancing productivity and facilitating job creation,” said Ms. Tambatamba.
She further underscored government’s commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, stressing that productivity is key to achieving Zambia’s vision for inclusive and sustainable growth.
