EFZ URGES THE CHURCH TO PREACH SOUND DOCTRINE

Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ), Executive Director, Andrew Mwenda, has called on the church to preach sound doctrine based on the word of God to avoid misinterpretations or deviations that might lead believers astray.

Bishop Mwenda says the call on the church  is a strong reminder on the importance of staying faithful to biblical teachings that ensures  preaching aligns with scripture and moral backing.

In an interview with RCV News in Lusaka today, Bishop Mwenda said aligning scripture with faith, will help the church navigate the complexities of life while staying true to its foundational beliefs and doctrines.

“Preaching sound doctrines will help provide both a moral compass and spiritual guidance, especially in times of personal or societal challenges”, said Bishop Mwenda.

He further advised government to ensure that churches that are registering for operation especially in vulnerable communities, belong to church mother bodies to promote order and sanity both in the church and the community.
