The completion project of the 1 by 3 classroom block at Chisengu Day secondary school in Chisengu ward has been completed.
The community in Chisengu applied to the CDF committee for the completion of the project at the time pupils were squatting at one of the churches within the Ward.
Mambwe Town Council Assistant Public Relations Officer Grace Lungu says following the successful approval of the application, the Council engaged Nsambo Tours and construction company to complete the 1 by 3 classroom block.
“The project was being implemented using the 2023 Constituency Development Fund CDF allocation at a sum of K645,630,” said Ms. Lungu in a statement issued to RCV News in Lusaka today.
She said that the project as being implemented on full time basis and is now awaiting to be commissioned before being handed over to intended beneficiaries.
