The United Party for National Development (UPND) Secretary General Gertrude Imenda has acknowledged that the UPND government is yet to deliver on cheap fuel prices that has triggered the high cost of living.

Ms. Imenda was responding to callers when she featured on Christian Voice’s Chatback program on whether the UPND government is on track to deliver its campaign promises.

But Ms. Imedan said that the cost of fuel remains a thorny issue that government is tirelessly working on.

“Policies have been implemented to make sure the cost of fuel  is reduced as one way of reducing the cost of living” said Ms. Imenda.
